Wymeswold Cricket Club is a friendly, sociable and inclusive village cricket club. We run two adult sides in the South Notts Cricket League on Saturdays, junior age-group cricket in the Leicestershire Youth League and All Stars on Friday evenings.
We have a fantastic ground while the clubhouse was renovated and extended in recent years to bring it up to the highest modern standards.
We are always on the lookout for new members to join us, so even if you haven’t played for years or don’t think you are any good, enthusiasm and a willingness to turn out is more important than any ability for our second team.
Off the pitch we are always looking for people to help with scoring, umpiring, manning the bar, helping on the ground with a bit of mowing and strimming, or helping with the juniors.
