Anthony and Jessica have asked us to announce the following sad news about Sandra Brown, and information about her funeral. Sandra was the Postmistress at Wymeswold Post Office for many years and was a well-known character in the village.

Sandra Brown passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 24 February 2024, surrounded by her family.  Sandra was married to the late Ivor, a loving Mother to Anthony, and a loving Grandmother.

The funeral service will be held at Wymeswold Church on Friday 22nd March at 13:30, followed by committal to burial at Wymeswold Cemetery at 14:15.

The family would like you all to join them in celebrating Sandra’s life at The Three Crowns, Wymeswold.
